Blog 1: Tell me about yourself

Hello WG5 students!

For your first blog entry, I would like you to write two or three paragraphs about yourself. You can write about any of the following (or use your own ideas):

Your country, family, hobbies; what makes you happy or sad; future goals; favorite kind of music/movies/food; favorite actor/singer/sport; why you came to Missoula, Montana (instead of another city, state, or country), etc.

Also, please tell me what you hope to learn in this class!

If you want to receive full points, please follow the grading criteria. Below is a copy of what is required for outstanding (excellent) initial posts:

  • Outstanding Initial Post —(5 points)
    • Answers all portions of the posted questions completely
    • Clearly states the main idea of the point that is being made
    • Includes many supporting details for the main idea
    • Grammar and spelling are mostly correct (it’s not difficult to understand the meaning because of these errors)

Finally, after you post your writing, please comment on other students' writing. When you comment, please keep your opinions professional and academic.

If you want to receive full points, please follow the grading criteria. Below is a copy of what is required for outstanding (excellent) follow-up posts:
